There is no routine or choreography to memorize or “get right.” The Taijifit instructor will lead you into the Flow using the Qi Cueing method developed by David-Dorian Ross.”

Connect with your inner power and peace at a Tai Chi Yoga Fusion class. This slow flow practice combines yoga with the gentle fluid movements of tai chi and qi gong. Then come down to your mat for gentle yoga and dao yin movements along with yin yoga holds. Class ends with Savasana or seated meditation. Beginners are welcome. There are no Sun Salutations, Down Dogs or Planks, so this class is great for those who prefer a wrist/hands-free practice. Participants should be comfortable coming down to and up from the floor.
