“TaijiFit is not just an exercise – it’s an experience! Great music, great energy – and most of all, great people. It combines the best elements of fitness, meditation and the ancient martial art of Taiji (Tai Chi). Feel for yourself the Mind/Body connector we call FLOW. TaijiFit™ is Mindfulness in Motion.
When you take a Taijifit class, you find yourself moving your body with the grace and confidence of the ancient Taiji masters who learned the secret of balancing yin and yang – strength with beauty, power with peace, endurance with flow. There is no routine or choreography to memorize or “get right.” The Taijifit instructor will lead you into the Flow using the Qi Cueing method developed by David-Dorian.”

Tai Chi Yoga Fusion
Mondays, 4:00 – 5:00 p.m.
Malley Recreation Center
3380 S Lincoln St, Englewood, CO 80113
Blending the best of both ancient arts, your practice will be filled with gentle, fluid movements and peaceful poses. Participants should be comfortable coming down to and up from the floor.

Connect with your inner power and peace. This slow flow practice combines yoga with the gentle fluid movements of tai chi and qi gong. Then come down to your mat for gentle yoga and dao yin movements along with yin yoga holds. Class ends with Savasana or seated meditation. Beginners are welcome. There are no Sun Salutations, Down Dogs or Planks, so this class is great for those who prefer a wrist/hands-free practice.
